Jessica is from Taipei, Taiwan. The roles throughout her 40 years’ career journey include: public elementary school teacher, business owner of an after-school training centre, office manager, regional project manager, chief administrator cum financial controller, recruitment consultant, HR consultant & business manager, business own of a HR consulting film, managing consultant. She worked in several countries in the Asia Pacific region including: Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, Vanuatu, Fiji, New Caledonia and Vietnam. Jessica came to Vietnam in October 1997 and settled in Ho Chi Minh City ever since.
On July 1, 2012, Jessica started her semi-retirement. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Jessica is now a freelancing certified trainer/ executive coach. Drawing on her managerial experience in a broad range of business functions focusing on process, quality and people management, she possesses excellent communication skills and can relate to all levels of professionals. With her life goal being to help people grow, she is passionate about facilitating learning activities and has influenced tens’ thousands of professionals and managers in Vietnam. Furthermore, with her coaching approach and presence, she helps her coachees reflect and focus on potential & priorities to achieve better performance and work-life balance.
